Since Birkdale and the adjacent Birkdale Village was built in the late 1990s, Huntersville and the lake area has grown exponentially into a bustling retail and residential hub. Even now, more than 15 years later, the area remains a popular residential destination!

Located off Sam Furr Road, the Birkdale neighborhood surrounds the public Birkdale Golf Club and is within walking distance to Birkdale Village, where you can find great restaurants, shops and a movie theater. Northcross Shopping Center is also right down the road.
